Order Replacement CPAP Equipment
If you are an existing patient of Respiratory and Sleep Specialists or an existing patient of one of our Sleep Health Centres and would like to purchase a CPAP Machine, Mask, Accessories or Parts, please complete the form below including any specific details of the equipment you require or would like information about and one of our staff will contact you via phone or email to complete your order.
Please be aware that this service is only available to our existing patients.
If you are a new patient and have not had a consultation with one of our CPAP Consultants you will need to make an appointment at one of our Sleep Health Centres to organise your CPAP equipment.
Please be sure to include the following information:
Photos and information about machines, mask and ancillary equipment are provided on the CPAP Machines, CPAP Masks and CPAP Accessories pages. You will also be able to order supplies directly from those pages.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION: Supplies are shipped via courier. Overnight delivery is $30 and regular delivery is $15. You will be asked for a credit card number to pay for delivery fees. If you do not have a credit card, an invoice will be included with your supplies.
